Job Description
Provide first line support and resolved a preparation of incidents and service requests.
- Escalate incident and service request when required. Keep users informed of progress.
- Carry out user satisfaction survey as required.
- Making recommendations for improving the company IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions.
- Responsible for the efficient handling of all incidents and service request using dedicated stuff.
- Responsible for all daily, weekly, and Monthly report which send to Top management.
- Responsible for Analysis all the data and integrate the result in a report for the Management
Job Requirements
- Very good command of English

- Basic knowledge in ITIL
