Job Summary:
To strategize, lead and direct the Production, Maintenance, Product development, QC, Purchasing, Planning, and Warehouses activities of the Production related sectors and departments to ensure that the customer demands are met as per the Company quality standards; in due time at best cost.
Job Description may include but not limited to:
- Organizing sales and purchases of farm equipment.
- Organizing and supervising maintenance/repair of farm property, equipment and machinery.
- Making sure that work progresses satisfactorily.
- Ensuring that the farm is profitable and meets projected financial targets
- Budgeting and maintaining accurate financial records.
Job Requirements
- Not less than 10 years of experience with an at least 5 years in a similar managerial position in Managing Large farm estates.
- Certificates related to the agriculture field is a plus.
- Ability to work and travel between Cairo and Aswan.
Education/Training:
- B.S.c in Mechanical Engineering / Agricultural Engineering, MBA is preferred.
- Must have Fluent English and Computer Skills
