Job Description
- Coordinates the University research study protocol, and the establishment of operating policies and procedures, Also administers associated activities.
- Coordinates activities of the research office including research forums, internships, workshops, collection and analysis of research related data etc...
- Develops and maintains records of research activities, and prepares periodic and ad-hoc reports, as required by Director of Research.
- Coordinates frequent meetings with Research Assistants (RAs) to follows up their progress and problems.
- Coordinates research information and highlights internally with marketing and media teams.
- Investigates and follow up the university ranking process, methodologies, criteria, and the opportunities to improve the ranking.
- Prepares scientific proceedings book after research forum event.
- Acts as the primary administrative point of contact for internal
- Researches staff and as the coordination operational liaison for other
- Researches organizations, funding agencies and regulating bodies.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Engineering discipline, and a fresh graduate.
- Fluency in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with research principles and terminologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management is a plus.
- Professional in graphics programs is a plus.
