We are looking for Customer service Representative for our business in our location in Erbil, Iraq and will be responsible for:

• Respond to external and internal customer inquiries received via different modes (phone, fax, and e-mail, walk-in).
• As certain enquirer's needs and refer to correct person then follow up action taken.
• Welcome guests to the company's office
• Ensure that each external or internal customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, and exceeding individual customer service expectations.
• Print and deliver orders and documents completing selling operations.
• Maintain files for all actions taken and documents delivered to external and internal customers and colleagues performing complementary functions.
• Offer services and options to Customer
• Provide assistance to Sales Reps with inquiries and complaints.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve customer service problems.
• Communicate service problem resolution results to customer.
• Offer services and options to Customer.
