Quality Assurance Department :

• Prepare Procedures & Work in structures for all departments
• Issue quality policy
• Determine objectives for each department
• Conduct internal Audit and make Gap Analysis
• Follow up corrective actions
• Get CE mark for glass products

Quality control department :

( Check raw material ,make inspection for product through operation process , shipping and these check by quality team )

• Follow up Customers Complain and make corrective action for it
• Make Action plan for internal & external reject
• Responsible for projects to decrease waste
• Put the items and policies and procedures of quality and explain it to the staff and employees of the company and train them and motivate them to work out.
• improvement and development of quality procedures and models currently in place is not inconsistent with the overall objective and the laws and regulations in the company
• Make regulations and instructions relating to the application of these procedures and follow-up implementation.
• Examination of raw materials supplied to the factory and ensure the quality of materials used in manufacturing and the extent of compliance with the specifications
• Permanent supervision of the production processes in the factory and verification of compliance with quality standards.
• Participating in the evaluation of suppliers.
• Participate in evaluating the performance of employees and workers in all departments through their implementation of quality standards.
• Overseeing the stores in both its raw materials and off-the-shelf in terms of implementing the provisions of the specification.
• Submit periodic reports to the senior management of the achievements and problems
