Job Description
- Dispense prescriptions to patients.
- Answering customers questions & requests about medical & beauty advice.
- Responsible for Cash settlement end of shift & delivery of cash accounts to next pharmacist.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing target sales required.
- Follow up with pharmacist assistant in their tasks (stabilization of medicine, extracting expires…etc.)
- Respond to all EZZ EL DEEN branches in transfers of products between branches & record it)
- Dispense prescriptions to contracts & medical insurance companies’ customers’ & Knowing all ways of contracts)
- Update customers with EZZ ELDEEN offers.
- Follow up with customers in their needs & requests.
- Recording of special orders & preferred list.
- Follow up with delivery man to ensure order delivery on time.
- Recording name of delivery man on receipt.
- Responsible for raising AVT & NOT.
- Making customers data base by coding them.
- Participate in training programs made by EZZ ELDEEN academy.
- Participate in external events of company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical science.
- 2-3 years of experience in a pharmacy related work
- New cairo resident or near area is a must
- Hard worker
- Excellent English
