Job Description
- Responsible for tracking sales performance at team and individual levels.
- Support budget and forecast processes by providing in depth sales analysis.
- Responsible for delivering information about our product performance.
- Assist sales department’s use of SFDC and ensure correct usage and data cleanliness.
- Collect and analyse actionable data on sales activities, processes and executions in order to make strategic business decisions that enables the department to increase productivity and success.
- Working closely with CRM team to identify and correct data issues.
- Point of contact for the Marketing department regarding incoming data quality reporting.
- Reporting on data conversion and sales campaigns management.
- Support key sales processes such as pipeline management metrics and call activities tracking.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or Business studies or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven financial analytical skills, ideally gained within a commercial environment.
- Able to multitask, reassess priorities and adapt quickly to a changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, confident personality.
- Outstanding eye for detail.
- Ability to work with large sets of data from different sources.
- Previous experience in the B2B / B2C events industry.
