Job Description

  • Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware or software.
  • On-board, off-board users; including creating their profiles and accesses across multiple platforms and systems.
  • Maintain daily performance and health of daily computer systems. Assuring that machines and systems comply with the applied policies.
  • To accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system.
  • To install and configure new IT equipment.
  • Walk users through problem-solving process.
  • Maintain and operate change requests over existing and new Office 365 users and mailboxes.
  • Execute troubleshooting in low OSI-Layers to determine network and connectivity issues.
  • Respond to queries either in person or email, or tickets.
  • To resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware.

  • MS Active Directory

  • Firewall and VPN
  • Sophos Antivirus and SSL VPN
  • Microsoft Windows (Clients and Servers)
  • VMware
  • Cloud principles awareness.
  • Networks troubleshooting.
