Job Description
- Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware or software.
- On-board, off-board users; including creating their profiles and accesses across multiple platforms and systems.
- Maintain daily performance and health of daily computer systems. Assuring that machines and systems comply with the applied policies.
- To accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system.
- To install and configure new IT equipment.
- Walk users through problem-solving process.
- Maintain and operate change requests over existing and new Office 365 users and mailboxes.
- Execute troubleshooting in low OSI-Layers to determine network and connectivity issues.
- Respond to queries either in person or email, or tickets.
- To resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware.
