Job Description
Essential duties & Responsibilities:
- Put daily tasks plans.
- Deal with new customer orders, validate product availability with the vendor and confirm the order with the customer.
- Follow up shipping process.
- Check order delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop periodic operations reports.
- Facilitate correspondence on the Executive Director’s behalf and manage his e-mail inbox while exercising initiative, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support for the daily operations process.
- Perform other duties as required.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in ECommerce fulfillment & operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Bachelor’s degree of any discipline required.
