Job Description
- Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions. & maintaining up-to-date billing system
- Follow up, collection and allocation of payments
- Formulate financial annex for standard payment plan against selling the policy as well nonstandard payment plan
- Apply account receivables process against authorized policy
- Handling all customer’s issues in coordination with the CRM department
- Maintain the monthly analysis of all general ledger accounts relating to sales, accounts receivable
- Monitoring customer account details for non-payments delayed payments and other irregularities
Job Requirements
- Willing to work in Zamalek or New Kattameyya (Fifth Settlement) offices
- 1-3 proven work experience in accounting with a bachelor degree in accounting or finance ( Real estate field is preferable )
- Excellent MS Office skills ( Excel and word )
- Attention to details and mathematical skills
- Very good command of Arabic and English language
