Job Description
- Prepare required data on daily basis for all pilots before being sent to the Civil Aviation Authority.
- Prepare the detailed monthly hours reports for all client before being sent to the Finance Department to issue the invoices accordingly.
- Prepare the achieved total flying hours percentage reports for all Sites, needed to calculate the profits and the expenses of every site through the Finance Department.
- Prepare monthly fuel consumption report for airplanes.
- Prepare presentations and comparisons for different types of airplanes when necessary.
- Prepare the training hours report in order to add new types to pilot license
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (preferable in Navigation / Aviation / Flight Dispatching)
- Holding a Dispatcher License is a plus
- Experience in same post is preferable
- Good English.
- Good Computer.
- Follow Up Skills.
