Job Description
- Directly managing & overlooking the relationship of selected Dsquares clients of different industries in Egypt and regionally.
- Set & execute CRM strategy that ensures achieving the different KPIs of each program.
- Build & enhance clients’ relationships and addressing enhancement & growth opportunities.
- Set loyalty programs’ calendar of activities based on the performance of each program.
- Tracking the loyalty programs’ performance in terms of reporting and customers behavior analysis.
- Introduce relevant new initiatives & tactical promos for existing loyalty programs based on analyzing the market & program’s performance.
- Collaborate with different internal teams to introduce effective enhancements & features to the loyalty & rewards programs.
- Work closely with different teams in setting the customer experience regarding the new clients.
- Projects performance enhancement (Increasing / sustaining activity rates, engagement with the program and customers’ behavior)
Job Requirements
- +7 years of experience
- Preferably to have experience in: Account management, CRM, business analysis, etc.. in companies as Research, Banking, Telecommunication & FMCG.
