Job Description
- Manage, support and maintenance of Retail system (Microsoft Dynamics; Retail Management System (RMS)) to ensure high level of application performance.
- Monitor performance of the applications to provide benchmarks and ongoing analysis.
- Manage required work-around to ensure full awareness.
- Effectively manage relationships with software vendor to ensure continuous development ad deliverable as per business requirements.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with users of the systems at different levels to ensure smooth work operation.
- Manage projects related to retail system enhancement to ensure high level of performance and fulfillment of Business requirements.
- Excellent understandings with business process and implement the application accordingly to ensure alignment.
- Responds to any IT Application incidents within a timely and efficient manner to ensure proper support.
- Ensures software integrity between objects on production environment and test environment to ensure smooth work operation.
- Manages all issues related to application documentation to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information technology or any of its equivalent
Specific Scientific Qualifications:
