- Minimum 1 years of experience in related field.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Strong knowledge in dealing with MS Windows (XP, 7, 8 and 10).
- Knowledge in dealing with network devices (Routers, Switches and access points).
- Self-learning ability.
- Ability to work under pressure. - Excellent interpersonal skills in working with others.
