As a Global Procurement Buyer you will assist in Egypt's Corrugate and Miscellaneous Packaging category for Pepsi Cola Egypt and Chipsy for Food Industries, through the following:

• Update and cleanse price lists and SAP codes/description on real time basis.
• Solicit quotation from suppliers and prepare bid comparison for approval.
• Lead dispute resolution regarding material supply, quality issues, invoice and payment issues
• Prepare monthly supplier scorecard for quality and delivery vs. plan and share benchmarking vs. industry/market standards.
• Support in developing new suppliers.
• Represent GP with Marketing/Sales/Supply Chain for all innovation and productivity projects.
• Support Category negotiations and manage contracts with suppliers.
• Track, Report and upload monthly productivity projects in the relevant tool.
• Evaluate & evolve sourcing strategy based on changing market conditions and provide inputs during strategic sourcing activities, including internal and external analysis and negotiations.
• Keep close tracking of productivity pipeline to cover any risks to the plan.
• Support commodity reporting; maintain price & inflation/deflation database including internal and external data.
• Support the preparation and submission of Procurement Quarterly submissions, Annual Operating Plans and PepsiCo Strategic Plan (PSP).
• Support developing reports, analysis for Corrugate and other packaging.
