Job Description

  1. Managing reception desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, taking and conveying messages.
  2. Receiving delivery and put them in order.
  3. Keeping in contact with office vendors to ensure all office facilities are in order, including stationery, drinking water, name card and so on.
  4. Helping to manage the conference rooms booking.

Job Requirements

  1. Good communication skills and good manners.
  2. Professional appearance, proactive, intelligent, energetic and trustworthy.
  3. Fluent English (oral and written).
  4. Education:College degree or above.
  5. Experience:Fresh Graduate or above.
  6. Major in Admin, English, or Secretarial is preferred.
