Job Description
- Managing reception desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, taking and conveying messages.
- Receiving delivery and put them in order.
- Keeping in contact with office vendors to ensure all office facilities are in order, including stationery, drinking water, name card and so on.
- Helping to manage the conference rooms booking.
Job Requirements

- Fluent English (oral and written).
- Education:College degree or above.
- Experience:Fresh Graduate or above.
