Job Description

  • Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity.
  • Providing answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers and guiding clients through corrective steps.
  • Handling trouble tickets with support interventions for urgent issues.
  • Identifying and escalated priority issues per client specifications.
