Job Description
- Motivate their reporting sales property consultants to close sales.
- Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
- Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the Property Consultants to achieve the sales Targets.
- Follow up on Sales Targets through regular meetings
- Perform human resources duties, such as conducting interviews, hiring new staff and transferring or dismissing staff. They also prepare inventory reports.
- Perform Marketing roles may include planning, budgeting and initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales.
- Perform administrative duties when needed.
- Occasionally they attend association meetings to receive the latest information on housing regulations and legislation that affects the industry.
- Provide direct manager/management with required reports on customer needs, issues, requirements and potential products
- Get updates on real estate market trends and products
- Be aware of the most recent sales practices and promotional activities
- Submit orders by referring to published price list.
- Submit the required reports on client calls and daily/weekly/monthly plans
- Solve high level customer complaints by investigating the issue, propose solution and make recommendations to the manager
Job Requirements
- BA in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills
- Willingness to work from different locations is needed
- Excellent Customer Orientation
- Ability to work in a fast paced set-up
