Job Description
- Maintains a petty cash fund and a cash box for making change for customers and staff, and reimbursing staff for small library expenditures;
- Generates invoices as needed for billing customers and send it to them.
- Follow up on collections.
- Collect customer discount notices
- Tracks expenditures on purchase orders;
- Responsible for purchasing.
