Job Description

  • Answer Customers' calls
  • Welcome the Customers at the Company's headquarter
  • Receive new customers' data from different sources and registering them on CRM
  • Distribution of new customers' data to the team work
  • Keep files " Prices,available units, legal papers, contracts"
  • Make the required adjustments to contracts when contracting with customers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in English and Computer
  • Females only
  • Not less than 1 year of Experience in the Secretarial field
  • Preferably experience in Sales Admin in a Real State Company
  • Preferably Al Muqattam & Maadi Residents
