Job Description
- Answer Customers' calls
- Welcome the Customers at the Company's headquarter
- Receive new customers' data from different sources and registering them on CRM
- Distribution of new customers' data to the team work
- Keep files " Prices,available units, legal papers, contracts"
- Make the required adjustments to contracts when contracting with customers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in English and Computer
- Females only
- Not less than 1 year of Experience in the Secretarial field
- Preferably experience in Sales Admin in a Real State Company
- Preferably Al Muqattam & Maadi Residents
