Job Description

  • Provide accommodation and transportation to employees issuing visa
  • Guiding the other PROs to do required public relations activities in a professional and efficient manner as per the company policy
  • Leading PR Assistants to provide secretarial and administrative support and to manage the several documents of the organization, namely filing, copying, scanning, mailing and record keeping related to required public relations activities, in order to ensure effective and efficient Office operations.
  • Direct PR Assistants to maintain accurate and up to date files on correspondence, listings, drafting/sending basic correspondence and to transcribe formats, inputs, edits, retrieves, copies and transmits correspondence, documents, data and graphics.
