Job Description
- Execute all facets of the S&OP process between all business functions (sales, operations, commercial, marketing, finance...etc) to provide an optimum customer service level and working capital performance as defined by the organization’s business operating plans and strategic objectives.
- Manage & schedule all the S&OP meetings assuring the full coverage of business requirements, coordination, needs and spotting all business challenges and conflicts to enhance the smooth and productive workflow of all business parties.
- Taking efficient killing decisions of all gate proposals concerning any business challenge and/or conflict.
- Develop action plan for all agreed upon actions and procedures results from S&OP meetings to be communicated to all management levels to assure full awareness and commitment.
- Lead corporate initiatives aimed at improving current business processes.
Job Requirements
- University degree in related field.
- 5 – 7 years of experience in S&OP Operations, preferably from FMCG or distribution field.
- MBA is preferable.
- Excellent English written & spoken
- Excellent computer skills.
- Result / objective oriented (achiever).
- Able to build a new department with minor guidance.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Assertive and excellent interactive communication.
