Job Description
- Direct all Sales organization to satisfy Business Plan set goals and objectives.
- Maintain a high level of Cloud Services technology expertise and competitive intelligence.
- Manage relation with Third Party vendors and ensure contractual terms and conditions will deliver products and services meeting all the specifications and quality measures as contracted.
- Maintain strategic relations with customers and focus on strategic customers.
- Resolve Sales/operation/projects critical issues.
- Evaluate vendors and add new ones to the company profile.
- Analyze and report the root cause of complaints for management appropriate action.
- Establish a good relationship with Third Party vendors.
- Define ICT Technology directions and recommends new markets for organization portfolios.
- Follow-up on new leads to increase sales pipelines.
- Provide accurate reports with current and forecasted Sales Data.
- Produce promotional materials and maintain current information on the organization website.
- Plan and arrange for special events, conferences, and seminars within the allocated budget.
- Integrate effectively with other departments to deliver quality projects, products, and services.
- Manage Sales budget and rationalize department expenditures and cost.
- Perform all other duties and assignments as directed by the General Manager and or Managing Director.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university (engineering or computer science background is preferred).
- Minimum “10 to 15” years of experience in IT Sales career is a must.
- 5+ years selling cloud solutions; expertise in building sales processes and solutions selling strategies in the cloud and virtualization marketplace.
- Very Good command of English language.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly customer oriented manner.
- Partnership and Team working - excellent networking and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work with people at all levels across the enterprise.
- Negotiation – very strong negotiations skills.
- Wise decisions – the ability to make good decisions based on experience and prioritize effectively in a demanding environment.
- Solid understanding of Datacenter Customers business.
