Job Description

  • Direct all Sales organization to satisfy Business Plan set goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a high level of Cloud Services technology expertise and competitive intelligence.
  • Manage relation with Third Party vendors and ensure contractual terms and conditions will deliver products and services meeting all the specifications and quality measures as contracted.
  • Maintain strategic relations with customers and focus on strategic customers.
  • Resolve Sales/operation/projects critical issues.
  • Evaluate vendors and add new ones to the company profile.
  • Analyze and report the root cause of complaints for management appropriate action.
  • Establish a good relationship with Third Party vendors.
  • Define ICT Technology directions and recommends new markets for organization portfolios.
  • Follow-up on new leads to increase sales pipelines.
  • Provide accurate reports with current and forecasted Sales Data.
  • Produce promotional materials and maintain current information on the organization website.
  • Plan and arrange for special events, conferences, and seminars within the allocated budget.
  • Integrate effectively with other departments to deliver quality projects, products, and services.
  • Manage Sales budget and rationalize department expenditures and cost.
  • Perform all other duties and assignments as directed by the General Manager and or Managing Director.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university (engineering or computer science background is preferred).
  • Minimum “10 to 15” years of experience in IT Sales career is a must.
  • 5+ years selling cloud solutions; expertise in building sales processes and solutions selling strategies in the cloud and virtualization marketplace.
  • Very Good command of English language.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly customer oriented manner.
  • Partnership and Team working - excellent networking and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work with people at all levels across the enterprise.
  • Negotiation – very strong negotiations skills.
  • Wise decisions – the ability to make good decisions based on experience and prioritize effectively in a demanding environment.
  • Solid understanding of Datacenter Customers business.
