Job Description
- Providing inputs for formulation of the Brand & Marketing Strategy and defining marketing plan according to strategy and budget
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copy-writing, performance analysis, and much more
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idealization to execution
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Managing and coordinating marketing and creative staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services, and liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies.
- Understanding competitor's market dynamics based on data analysis and creating the right communication strategy for strengthening the brand
- Analyzing market research data and using findings for strategy formulations
- Research and determine product weaknesses and areas to be modified
- Responsible for the CRM project with the involved sectors' directors to increase the customer loyalty
- Plan and follow up the execution of the annual marketing campaigns to increase customer loyalty
- Enhance & follow up the execution of the after sales projects to increase customer satisfaction & loyalty
- Plan and follow up the execution of the annual marketing campaigns to increase brand equity, awareness & customer loyalty
- Plan strategy brand re-positioning to enhance brand equity
- Plan , set strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market
- Providing guidance in designing and development of communication material and finalizing on the right media agency for ATL/BTL activities.
- Briefing and Idealization, finalizing with Creative agency, Media agency & Houses.
- Approving the designing and development of communication materials (TV/Print etc).
- Designing and development of communication materials (TV/Print etc) for ATL activities as well as promotion collateral's for BTL activities.
- Making occasional market visit during promotional activities.
- Plan and follow up the execution of the annual marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Plan strategy brand repositioning to enhance brand awareness
- Prepare & follow up the execution of the corporate social responsibility plan to build social relationships between the company & its customers
