- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements
- Lead generation
- Support in developing and updating the sales kit
- Support in writing the proposals
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop positive relationships with clients
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Good knowledge of the MS Office.
- Great command of English both written and spoken (other languages is an extra)
- Great presentation and communication skills
- Having connections in the real estate sector is a huge advantage
- The ability to understand technological solutions (Software and Hardware)
