Job Description
Marketing
- Establishing marketing goals the align with the organization strategy
- Developing and executing both short and long-term marketing plans to ensure the growth and profitability of a company
- Manage marketing budget
- Planning and overseeing production of print, electronic and direct mail advertising for the company
- Working with creatives in copy writing, design and layout to produce branded marketing materials
- Conducting and oversee marketing survey on current and new clients
- Measuring and evaluating results from past campaigns
- Organize promotional event
- Hire and coach a team of Marketing & Customer Relationship associates to coordinate events and conduct sales marketing presentations
- Follow up marketing campaigns and determine its weaknesses to develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constrains
- Communicate with the management concerning marketing initiatives and metrics as well as brainstorm for new and fresh strategies that would serve to achieve the organizational objectives
Customer Relationship
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
- cultivate profitable relationships with existing and potential clients
- Oversee & Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Forward up selling and cross-selling opportunities to the CS executive team
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience 3 of which in a leadership position
- Real estate background is an asset
- Marketing Diploma is a plus
- Excellent command of English
- Good leadership skills
- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Budget-management skills and proficiency
- Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
