Job Description

  • Work closely with all departments to agree, review and create the requested internal communication content
  • Communicate externally with service providers for the content creation for all internal communications contents
  • Handles all finance related requests and purchasing orders
  • Plan and develop annual events agenda targeting high employee engagement and to increase the employee satisfaction trends
  • Coordinate all RCC recognition programs
  • Acts as a representative for the LOB internal communication which includes but not limited to coordination for CC- LOB Employees related events and Communication with Corporate communications department for LOB related communication matters
  • Prepare required reports and communicate it with concerned management

Job Requirements

  • 3 - 4 Years of Work Experience in events coordination & internal communication field.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English language
  • Other supported languages are preferable
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Postgraduate studies in the marketing field is an added plus
  • Thinking Environment - Freedom to Think: Thinking within very detailed and precisely defined rules and instructions and/or continually present assistance
  • Thinking Challenge: Identical situations requiring innovative solution by simple choice of things learned
