Job Description
- Daily control of merchandise, purchases , cost control
- Daily cost control food & beverages & statements
- Daily cash flow / in&out statement
- Daily statements & report to the head office
- Maintain a system of control over accounting transactions
- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
- Issue timely and complete financial statements and reports
- Comply with government reporting requirements and tax file
Job Requirements
- Accounting Degree
- Active , has an experience in hotel accounting , food and beverage accounting and control
- You are a self starter , should be able to plan and prioritize workload with minimum supervisory input .
- Have a good knowledge of Excel and word, can work with accounting programs and portal programs
- Good English
- Very good computer skills , excel
- Fast learning
- Open minded
- Able to report , forecast , analyze , cost control and purchasing control
- Work independently
