Job Description
- Process in patient and out patient in line with policy and eligibility criteria and ensure approvals are issued within set turnaround time for the company
- Provide prompt and continuous assistance to call center staff especially during overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays .
- Handling member queries promptly and provide accurate information relating to medical cases through phone calls and emailing coordinating with network team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Medicine or Pharmacy
- 2-5 Years of experience
- Excellent English
