Job Description
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with an emphasis on solution derived customer
- Service combined with professionalism
- Initiate ideas by gathering information and have an instinctual curiosity about trends in on-ground
- Activation, customer engagement initiatives and experiential marketing
- Experience doing administrative task such as job briefs, event/activity reports, cost sheets and checklists
- Present the campaign ideas, designs and budget to the client
- Serve as a conduit for internal communications related to creative and production requests and to
- Perform day-to-day tasks that ensure the smooth operations of the agency
- Make pitches, along with other agency staff, with the aim of securing new business for the agency
- Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts, and social platforms
- Assisting Event Managers with set-up of event assets prior to event
- Assist the Event Managers in managing staffing and elements onsite
- Develop great work within guidelines and budget of the assignment
- Resourceful, innovative, and proactive.
- Ability to work in a team environment and under tight deadlines is prerequisite
- Monitor quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all orders to ensure customer commitments are met through production of high quality
