Job Description
- The TeleSales Agent is responsible for directly selling medical insurance plans to individuals and corporate accounts, as well as small and medium enterprises.
- Generate and qualify customers through cold calling.
- Manage customers by tracking and following up on them.
- Increase customers database by generating new customers
- Produce activity reports.
- Assist customers who have specific inquiries
- Provide customers with information regarding our services
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree prefer Medical Background
- 1-2 years of experience in same field
- Very good written and spoken English.
