Job Description
- Organize, implement, conduct and manage the QC activities as per the Company's Quality Policy.
- Coordinate the document controls of technical submittals, drawings, etc.
- Coordinate all inspections; monitor the required tests and record inspections and tests made via the Control Plan and Customers Specifications.
- Coordinate with the Production quality processes. - Perform measuring system analysis.
- Assist the QC Manager. - Attend Daily Review Meetings. - Responsible for continual improvement activities.
- Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving / in process and final inspection quality functions.
- Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data. - Support the Quality Inspectors.
- Conduct audits, Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints according to FMEA methodology.
Job Requirements
- University degree Only in Mechanical engineering (Power is preferred) .
- 2-4 Years of experience in Quality field in manufacturing.
- Excellent office computer skills.
- Leadership, communication and presentation skills
