Job Description

  • Product Management (Forecast, Availability, Listing, Merchandising, Shelf share)
  • Supervises the day-to-day operations of sales to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.
  • Follow up on day to day sales & operation Activities.
  • Provide reports on daily sales activities.
  • Manage financial aspects of the assigned accounts (budget, contract, fees, Collection etc.)
  • Sales Management (Targets, Margins, Category, Promotions, Rentals)
  • Coordinate with Accounts & Merchandising Team to ensure the execution of contract Benefits, Trade Programs, and Promotions & Marketing Plan.

Key Account Operations

  • Negotiate annual agreements with assigned customers by developing abiding contracts.
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews to secure visibility and volume growth targets per account.
  • Maintain company credit policy by following up the accounts receivables to ensure level of credit exposure in line with company budget.
  • Provide periodic market insights and recommendations by developing and submitting required reports (Competitor watch, customers’ updates, new opportunities, etc.) to ensure timely counter attack actions and ensure leadership of category within assigned customers’ outlets.
  • Ensure efficient POPM deployment within assigned customers’ outlets by coordinating with customer marketing to create impact at point of purchase and support the brand.
  • Ensure superior customer service across accounts by implementing pre order process, minimum order quantity policy, returns policy and merchandising service.
  • Avail all assigned customers’ business information by developing and updating own section file including customer profile, sales targets, activities, agreements, etc. to facilitate information retrieval and decision making.

Job Requirements

  • From 5 - 7 years experience in Modern Trade .
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills.
  • Expert ability to program territorial support to ensure prompt communication with customers.
  • Ability to work out sales deals that will accomplish budgeted margins and correspond to the company’s sales policies.
  • Excellent supervisory, evaluation, and reassessment experience.
  • Strong competence in working efficiently in a complex multi-faceted setting.
