Job Description

  • The growth lead main objective is to hack acquisition, activation and retention which means getting substantial growth in products sales the quickest way possible with a limited budget.
  • Growth hacking is a mix between marketing, engineering, data analysis, out of the box solutions and innovation and the growth hacker has a set of cross skills with 1 goal and 1 goal only: to grow a business. The ultimate goal is to find a predictable, repeatable and scalable growth process.

Job Responsibilities

Research and Data analysis

  • Formulate effective and efficient research processes and conduct continues market, competition and marketing researches
  • Collect, analyse and interpret data to Identify market trends, patterns, customer behavior, customer needs and product trends.
  • Investigate, design and develop marketing and sales metrics and KPIs.
  • Identify and explore new niches, customer segments, personas and channels.
  • Investigate analytics requirements, channels and tools in order to collate Exec output and feedback

Marketing

  • Lead and manage the growth team and responsible for Coucou Egypt marketing content, channels, execution and results.
  • Design, plan, and execute pulling and pushing marketing activities in all marketing channels.
  • Design, build and automate the marketing funnel
  • Improve the AARRR KPI's (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral - Revenue).
  • Maintain growth experimentation and A/B test traditional and creative hacks
  • Act as a marketing manager and Oversee the content, designs, brand voice, customer engagement, social media and SEO

Business development

  • Have a cross-functional role to work with marketing, sales, engineering and management teams.
  • Validate product market fit and apply lean startup processes in all business internal and external journeys.
  • Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments including product, marketing and management in order to present results and make the service more user-centric.
  • Positions self as a business adviser and becomes involved in customer decision-making process.

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience .
