Job Description

  • Responsible for Reservation, Ticketing, and Booking Hotels Team.
  • Handling Direct Customers.
  • Inform clients of essential travel information such as travel times, transportation connections, and medical and visa requirements
  • Make Packages.
  • Plans route and computes ticket cost, using schedules, rate books, and computer.
  • Excellent knowledge of Amadeus system.
  • Work with the Finance Department and Management with regard to Reporting and Invoicing.
  • Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or
  • Subordinates - Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.

Job Requirements

  • Education: University Graduates
  • At least 6 years of tourism and ticketing leadership experience.
  • Very good command of English Speaking/Writing
  • Familiar with technology usage. Excellent knowledge of GDS systems (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, and the online system)
