Job Description
- Responsible for Reservation, Ticketing, and Booking Hotels Team.
- Handling Direct Customers.
- Inform clients of essential travel information such as travel times, transportation connections, and medical and visa requirements
- Make Packages.
- Plans route and computes ticket cost, using schedules, rate books, and computer.
- Excellent knowledge of Amadeus system.
- Work with the Finance Department and Management with regard to Reporting and Invoicing.
- Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or
- Subordinates - Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
Job Requirements
- Education: University Graduates
- At least 6 years of tourism and ticketing leadership experience.
- Very good command of English Speaking/Writing
- Familiar with technology usage. Excellent knowledge of GDS systems (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, and the online system)
