Job Description
- Responsible for customer follow-ups, assisting the customer on registration, pricing checking, order placing, making payment, shipment tracking etc.
- Effectively communicate with customers via phone, email or chatting system, to answer questions, troubleshoot the issue, promote services.
- Collect, analyze and summarize customer requirements and feedback for business improvement. Timely address critical issues to management for a quick resolution.
- Responsible for building a tight and solid relationship with existing customers and potential customers.
Job Requirements
- A BA/BS degree from an academic institution.
- Excellent command English.
- 2 years of past experience in Customer support field preferably in Logistics.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Display a capacity for problem solving and multitasking
