Job Description
- Manage country marketing budget, prepare and execute country marketing plans
- Manage communication of new products launches in the Egyptian market.
- Drive advertising (ATL) in media across Egypt/Lena with effective media plans and impactful creatives
- Manage the agency networks - prepare briefing, plans, manage costs, execution and measurements
- Drive PR and Social programs across region and handle media relations with the support of local PR agency
- Support consumer/commercial sales team with effective co-marketing activities with key business partners/retailers/distributors
- Manage promoters, merchandisers and POS branding. Organize events for business partners.
- Ensure close relationships with the regional and worldwide marketing and communication team
- Marketing Operations / Controlling / Alliances:
- Marketing budget management (expense tracking)
- End-to-end responsibility for managing and reporting alliances (Intel/Microsoft) programs/budgets. Maximize utilization of Alliances.
Job Requirements
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing or business, and minimum 2 years related marketing experience
- Highly motivated and result oriented, with a lot of drive and passion
- Strong Business orientation.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, take responsibility.
- Experience with IT advantage, but not mandatory.
- Experience with consumer- oriented marketing is a must.
- Experience with retail and the ability to drive sales with creative marketing ideas and actions in retail
- Experience with implementing brand strategy and driving effective advertising campaigns across multiple channels / media.
- Digital marketing skills & experience are a significant advantage.
- Analytical abilities and experience with interpreting data
- Fast learner, Good Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in Business English is a requirement
- Travel around 15%
Experience:
- Candidates should have independently managed marketing actions & programs, have experience in various aspects of marketing communication, esp. interactive communications, retail and sales enablement, with focus on effective, measurable actions that directly support sales.
- Candidates should also have experience with launching new products in the market, driving brand consideration.
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate a proven record in taking initiative and proactively driving actions to support a business strategy.
