Job Description

  • Sales Manager is responsible for identifying leads, engaging in business development with strategic or local business partners. Closing deals with the ultimate purpose of increasing sales volume and meeting the sales target.
  • To establish account plans; manage client opportunities and the successful closing.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Overachieve individual goals as well as work in a team.
  • Use sales CRM to ensure direction in the sales cycle
  • To communicate with customers to find out their exact needs and direct them to it and understand his/her point of view.
  • To explain and demonstrate products to customers that may involve technical explanation.

Job Requirements

  • Successful previous experience as a software sales supervisor or a manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets is A MUST.
  • More than 7 years of experience in the same position.
  • Multi-Task Person.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Proven track record in target achievement
  • Excellent communication skills
