Job Description

  • MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTS
  1. Produce the Management Accounts for DAIS.
  2. Produce the Monthly Revenue Dashboard for DAIS Management Committee.
  3. Produce financial reporting package for the monthly Board meeting of DAIS Management Committee.
  • METRICS REPORTING AND MODELLING
  1. Provide informative and insightful information.
  2. Goes beyond reporting the numbers, understands how certain financial outcomes are derived and the impact on objectives.
  3. Creates and manages Pricing Models.
  4. Metrics reports are delivered efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • FORECASTING
  1. Provides timely and accurate rolling Forecast to ensure the business is on track to deliver to budget expectations.
  • COMPLIANCE
  1. Co-ordinate the financial statements and audit of DAIS with the external accountants and auditors.
  2. Monthly and annual cash flow projection and analysis.
  3. Manage Business Planning and Budget Process.
  • TAX OBLIGATIONS
  1. DAIS tax obligations such as Commercial Tax, Income Tax…etc
  • PROVIDING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE TO THE BUSINESS
  1. Work is completed on-time with a high level of accuracy.
  2. Management reports are created with the end audience in mind, with a good understanding of what the information will be used for and how it should be presented.
  3. Relationships with key stakeholders are well-managed across the business.
  4. Expectations for work requested are well-managed, deadlines are managed well and work is prioritized optimally.
  • ENSURES COMPLIANCE WITH DAIS VALUES, POLICIES AND STANDARDS, AND ENSURES COMPLIANCE WILL ALL LOCAL STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL GOVERNMENTAL BODIES.
  1. Complies with all local legislative requirements.
  2. Adheres to DAIS policies and procedures and the corporate Code of Conduct.
  3. Where appropriate keeps up to date with legislative requirements.
  4. Acts in an ethical way when dealing with company assets and other people.

Job Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience
