Job Description
- Diagnose mechanical / hydraulic malfunctions, provide solutions and hands on attention to pile drilling rigs.
- Provide engineering support on various mechanical equipment.
- Conceptualize mechanical design solutions.
- Perform stress analysis on mechanical components/systems.
- Perform and/or supervise creation of design layouts.
- Perform and/or supervise creation of detail drawings.
- Research and specify purchased component parts.
- Create component and hydraulic system level test plans and test fixtures.
- Create engineering reports documenting design/analysis efforts and results.
- Work with operations to identify machine improvements.
- Perform other work related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with all C.M.F company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hydraulic/ mechanical field experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Knowledge of engineering standards and procedures.
- Self-directed and highly motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Can work equally well individually as well as in a team.
