Job Description

  • Ensure the effectiveness of communication between the company and the Dealers in his territory through conducting monthly (regular) visits that focus on company / Dealer profitability, financial analysis, counseling on retail factors and merchandising elements with emphasis on improvement of customer buying experience.
  • Solicit Dealer buy-in on partnership strategies with the company, conduct territory meetings to ensure consistent messages are sent to the Dealers on company programs and strategies & support the implementation of the marketing plan with emphasis on delivery of world class customer service.
  • Analyze, evaluate and highlight deficiencies in dealer performance, and provide required training to the Dealer and his staff, as well as recognizing Dealer achievements. Place emphasis on Dealer input into business strategies.
  • Co-ordinate with marketing team for the increase of sales by collecting and analyzing competitive information, community affairs updates, promotions and new campaigns and legislative issues impacting the business
  • Coordinate with CSC to ensure smooth supply of Lubes to his outlets.
  • Up-date and recommend any changes in Dealers approved credit and solve financial problems including overdue problems.
  • search for new lubes shops and dealers to increase sale volume.
