Olam a leading Global Agri player is acquiring an Egyptian Company, Seeking Dynamic Professionals with Strong Drive and Ambition for the following position.
Regional Sales Manager.
- Drive the Sales & Distribution Strategy for Cattle & Poultry Feed.
- Deliver Monthly Volume and Market Share in Cattle & Poultry.
- Build and Enhance Distribution for Olam in the feed market
- Train & Coach the ASMs and help them to outperform in the market.
- Work Closely with Farms and Network with VSEs to maximize service for the customers.
- Lead all customer, dealer Forums and ensure that Olams Feeds are well represented in the market.
Job Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in large Feed Companies.
