Participate in setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing communication strategies.
Handle all communication for our social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube
Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts.
Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
Create and develop FAQs sheet, and updated it if needed
Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features.
Build community throughout digital platforms, and relationships with customers, potential customers.
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
Handle communication if needed with external parties related to digital media.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
Language: Very good English is mandatory.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience with the same title preferably in a mobile phone industry.
Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events).
Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
