Job Description

  1. Deal directly with customers face to face.
  2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  3. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
  4. Handle, Manage and efficiently deal with customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  5. Understand the process cycle and acts upon.
  6. Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  7. Maintains customer records by updating account information.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor degree with any relevant discipline.
  • Language: Very Good command of English language (written, orally).
  • Experience: 1+ year of customer care/customer service experience.
  • Personality: High follow up and organizational skills with the Ability to work under pressure
