Job Description
- Converse with customer to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required.
- Compute the cost of travel and accommodations, using a calculator, computer, carrier tariff books, and hotel rate books, or quote package tour's costs.
- Book transportation and hotel reservations, tours, and handles all visa arrangements.
- Telephone customer to advise of any changes with travel conveyance or to confirm reservation.
- Follows up on waiting list reservations & pending travel procedures with clients/accounts.
- Plan, investigate, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by the company.
- Provide customer with brochures and publications containing travel information, such as local customs, points of interest, or foreign country regulations.
- Print or request transportation carrier tickets, using computer printer system or system link to travel carrier.
- Handle clients' Technical problems.
- Take on the role of a Tour Leader for groups according to work requirements.
- Adhere to all operating, quality and security procedures.
- Coordinate with finance to finalize collections and payments.
- Assist in the training of new & Jr. staff.
- Can handle delegated work from a supervisor.
Job Requirements

- B.Sc. Preferably in Tourism

- Ticketing courses, Ticketing Systems
Previous Experience
- 3-5years

Language Skills
- Fluent in a Foreign Language especially English
- Another language is an asset.
Computer Skills
- General knowledge of operating the common applications.
- Ticketing Systems: Saber, Amadeus.
