Job Description
- Ownership of work plan and schedules for each phase of the engineering project assigning duties,
- responsibilities and performance goals for every department.
- Planning and Control in selecting equipment and machinery required for projects, preparing program for optimum utilization.
- Managing site engineers in all managerial aspects ensuring that they adhere to performance goals at each stage of the project.
- Customer interfacing - Responding to customer questions and complaints to ensure quality customer service and relationships are developed and maintained.
- Project status reporting, informing CEO of any changes in scope of work that would affect the schedule or cost, preparing supplemental fee proposals as required.
- Delivery of complete Contract Documents to the client in a timely and professionally manner.
Job Requirements
- 20 years of experience is a must, 3 or more of them as a construction project manager.
- Multitasking candidates who can work under pressure، good at establishing companies
- Managing skills, creative
- Good at all drawing and design programs and preparing budgets and reports of all kinds
- BA architecture / civil engineering
