Job Description
- Develop corporate presentations,industries' profiles, corporate communications videos as needed.
- Assist in planning and preparing for logistics of events to include costing,reservations,marketing collaterals, giveaways,photography, etc.
- Coordinate logistics for CSR activities, as well as development of CSR material.
- Responsible for obtaining offers and quotes from different suppliers and placing orders as needed
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned.
- Create and update Giza Systems databases.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
- Track marketing collaterals and giveaways inventory, as well as allocation of expenditures.
- Handle internal communication with all employees and departments (supplying them with material, presentations,giveaways and business cards, etc.).
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills, teamwork, and customer focus.
- Drive positive culture and build positive relationships within team and stakeholders.
