Job Description
- Welcomes and greets parents as soon as they arrive in a pleasant manner.
- Assists visitors and directs them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answers phone calls in a pleasant, informed manner for the purpose of providing information and creating a good image of the district.
- Assists personnel with the emailing and distribution of various documents and communication.
- Coordinate schedules and meetings.
- Responds to inquiries for the purpose of referrals and directions as may be required.
- Be the first point and continual point of contact with all prospective families.
- Forwards requests for information and messages to the appropriate individuals.
- Performs other clerical tasks as assigned including word processing and creating databases, etc.
- Any other related duties assigned by the line manager.

- Arabic and English Language Proficiency.

- Ability to interact effectively and in a supportive manner.
